At CRZ YOGA, we want you to feel confident in your activewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Place them securely in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
